偏鄉小學推展健體領域教師專業學習社群阻礙因素及運作策略探析

The Obstructal Factors and Operation Strategies of Professional Learning Community for Healthy and Physical Curriculum on Rural Elementary School Teachers

摘要


健體課程的有效教學掌握在教師專業能力提升。為使教師專業能徹底落實,教學環境充滿共享氣氛,政府推動教師精進專業社群計劃,讓教師展現個人專才,凝聚成學習共同群體,開創教育新風貌。然偏鄉小學健體領域學習社群的建立面臨許多現實環境所具有的本質性阻礙。本文以內容分析法,蒐集整理教師學習社群定義相關文獻,說明專業社群運作方式,以及功能性,並討論偏鄉小學推動健體教師學習社群之阻礙因素。文末,則針對阻礙因素提出解決之道,期能提供國內多數偏鄉小學作為參考,減少健體學習社群失敗機會,有效擴展學校健體教師專業成長與教學品質。

Healthy and physical curriculum effective teaching lied in promoting teachers' professional competences. The Government presented the professional learning community plan that developed teaching skills in order to create professional teaching atmosphere. However, the development of healthy and physical teaching community faced many difficult challenges. This article used content analysis to collected literatures including professional community works and function, and to discuss the difficulties. End of the paper, we provided effective suggestions for rural elementary school as a reference to reduce the failures of healthy and physical professional learning community, and promote the teaching quality of effective.
