摘要
本研究旨在探討國中教師休閒活動動機之相關研究，其次分析不同背景教師對休閒活動動機各層面之影響。本研究採用問卷調查法，以高雄地區國中教師共450人為研究之樣本，計回收396份，有效問卷回收率88%。本研究使用SPSS統計軟體加以分析處理，發現到不同性別國中教師休閒活動動機之情形，並無顯著差異；不同年齡層國中教師休閒活動動機之情形，有顯著差異；不同教學年資國中教師休閒活動動機之情形，有顯著差異；結婚與否國中教師休閒活動動機之情形，有顯著差異；不同教育程度國中教師休閒活動動機之情形，有顯著差異。最後探討其關聯性，抒解壓力期望對休閒活動動機變項有直接影響，身心健康期望變項對休閒活動動機變項有直接影響。

The study aimed to explore leisure activity motivation of the junior high school teachers. Moreover this study was to analyze the influence of leisure activity motivation from their factors. It was based on 450 teachers as total are the samples for the questionnaire. The returned questionnaires were 396 copies and the returned rate was 88%. SPSS were adopted to analyze this data. According to the report, there was no significant difference on leisure activity motivation from the junior high school teachers' gender and age groups. However, there was significant difference on leisure activity motivation from the junior high school teachers' different teaching years. Moreover, there was significant difference between married teachers and single teachers on ＂leisure activity motivation＂. There was significant difference on leisure activity motivation from the junior high school teachers' educational background. Finally, ＂the expectation of decompression＂ was direct influence to ＂leisure activity motivation＂. ＂the expectation of health＂ was direct influence to ＂leisure activity motivation＂.
