職場員工心率變異分析及其相關影響因子探討

A Study of Heart Rate Variability Analysis and Related Factors among Workplace Staff

Abstracts


目的:本研究旨在探討職場員工心率變異及其相關影響因子。方法:採橫斷式研究設計,以生理測量及心率變異分析儀檢測,共蒐集68位職場員工資料。統計分析方法包括描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、皮爾森相關檢定與複迴歸分析。結果:由心率變異分析檢測結果發現,員工的交感神經與副交感神經活性座落於偏低狀態,有較高身體壓力且動脈硬度指數呈偏高情形。員工的年齡、體重、收縮壓是動脈血管硬化指數的顯著預測變項;年齡、體重與舒張壓為整體心率變異指標的重要影響因子。結論:建議職場員工應定期接受生理檢測,並推行職場健康促進活動,降低影響因子的危害,針對檢測異常的員工提供職場健康關懷與追蹤管理,必要時提供醫療轉介諮詢服務。

Purpose: This study explores factors related to heart rate variability (HRV) of staff at a particular workplace. Methods: The study adopted a cross-sectional design, and the data was collected through physiological assessment and using a heart rate variability analyzer. A total of 68 administrative staff were recruited for this study. The study's statistical analysis was implemented through descriptive analysis, independent t test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Based on the results of the heart rate variability analysis, if the activities of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve of employees are lower, then they are likely having higher physical stress and their arterial stiffness index is higher. The study results showed that age, body weight, and systolic blood pressure are essential factors influencing the arterial stiffness index. Age, body weight, and diastolic blood pressure are essential factors that affect overall heart rate variability. Conclusions: It is recommended that employees should be provided with health examinations regularly, participate in health-promotion activities to reduce the hazards of impact factors, and have access to medical referral consulting services when necessary.
