整合九宮格法與情境故事法之結構化設計思考流程

A Structured Design Thinking Based Design Process with Integration of Mandala and SBD Methods

摘要


現今高度競爭的環境下,國家乃至企業需仰賴具創新性的產品與服務,以提升市場競爭力。而一國的創意人才多寡及其創新能力,將會左右未來企業、社會以及國家之發展。因此,如何幫助學生提升創新的能力為本研究專注的議題。設計思考是一個涵蓋發想、構思與執行的系統化過程,透由不斷的發散與收斂產生具創新性的解決方案,但實施過程中無具體或特定的操作流程以及工具。因此,本研究以設計思考為主要架構,並利用九宮格法幫助使用者突破思維慣性,進行概念發散,再利用AEIOU及5W1H協助定義問題與外部環境。最後利用情境故事法將使用過程具體化與定義情境問題,幫助使用者進行概念優化。最後,本研究以Ubike垃圾遺留問題做為案例應用,期望能協助設計人員產出具以人為本且具創新性的設計的概念,並提高其創意能力。

In a hyper-competitive environment nowadays, enhancing the competitiveness of a company is highly depended on innovative products and services. One of the key factors of the national, social and company development is highly relied on innovation. In this study, we focus on constructing a design thinking based approach to enhance student's capability on innovation. Design thinking is a systematic thinking approach, which contains inspiration, ideation and implementation, and can help generate innovative ideas with iterative process between divergence and convergence. This study then aimed to propose an innovative design process based on deign thinking framework. This approach started creative ideation with Mandala method, followed by scenario building and storytelling based on scenario-based design approach, and finally developed concept design. A case study was presented to show how this newly developed approach works.
