建構博物館與美術館導覽行動應用程式評量規準表之研究

A Study of Designing the Rubric for Assessing the Competency of Museum and Art Gallery Apps

摘要


本研究旨在編製「博物館與美術館行動應用程式評量規準表」,作為製作及設計博物館與美術館或相關展演、導覽app之評量工具。本研究採用德菲法,配合自編之「博物館與美術館行動應用程式評量規準表」問卷,經12位專家共三回合德菲法問卷調查,藉由資料分析修正形成正式的評量規準表。第二階段試用評量規準表,由3位專家擔任評分人員,使用前述設計之評量規準表,總共進行兩次試用並蒐集兩次操作測試結果,以Kendall和諧係數檢定進行信度考驗,並訪談評分人員進行指標修正。本研究結果提出之「博物館與美術館行動應用程式評量規準表」包含「內容呈現」、「版面設計」、「人機互動」、「多元媒材整合」四個向度,27項指標,可用於博物館、美術館或相關展演場館,評鑑自行或委外規劃與開發行動應用程式時之品質評量與思考架構工具。

The purpose of this study is to compile the 'Museum and Art Gallery Mobile App Rubric' as an evaluation tool for the design of museums and art galleries or the related exhibitions and tour apps. The Delphi methodology is used to develop 'Museum and Art Museum Mobile App Rubric' questionnaire, after three rounds of questionnaire surveys by 12 experts, a formal evaluation is formed through data analysis and revision rubric. In the second stage of trial evaluation rubric, 3 experts are invited to use the evaluation rubric designed above. In addition, two trials are conducted and the results are collected for analysis. The Kendall harmony coefficients is used after two trials followed by interviewing 3 experts for modifying the evaluation rubric. Finally, the 'Museum and Art Museum Mobile App Rubric' proposed by this study includes four dimensions, 'content', 'layout design', 'human-computer interaction', and 'multi-media integration', with 27 indicators, which are applicable to museums, art galleries or the related exhibition venues applied to evaluate self- planning or outsourced development of their mobile applications.
