對大型的FRP結構件而言,VARTM技術已逐漸取代傳統的製造方法。許多大型結構物,皆利用夾芯材料以增加整體結構之剛性。 本論文擬針對尚未探明之VARTM技術,探討夾芯結構於樹脂灌注過程中,其積層內部含浸情形,以期在瞭解樹脂流動特性後,能將滲透相關參數逐一建立,並利用SCRIMP製程模擬軟體(RTM-Worx),在灌注船殼前,事先掌握灌注時會產生之問題,利用模擬的方式將灌注的最佳方式求出,如此一來不但能改善現今船廠以試誤法造成時間及成本之浪費,亦能利用模擬的方式,在不花任何材料成本下找出最佳的佈管形式,不僅可以增加灌注效率,也能對製程之掌握度有更深切的認識;若能精確及有效的掌握,將可提升夾芯結構VARTM製程之產品品質,並能協助國內船廠更有效、廣泛地應用此施工法,以提升業界產品的競爭力。
Recently, the traditional manufacturing methods has been increasingly substituted by the technique of VARTM in the large FRP structure. Nowadays since the sandwich structure is used quite often in the boat-hull to add structure stiffness, this study is to investigate the infusion of resin in the sandwich structure and the impregnation in fibrous material by a resin flow. After understanding the infusion process, the permeability parameters could be established and by using the simulation software (RTM-Worx) could forecast the actual ship-building condition accurately before infusing a ship. If we thorough comprehend the SCRIMP process of sandwich infusion, then we could find out the optimal injection strategies by using the resin flow simulation software (RTM-Worx) and make the resin infusion of yacht much efficiently and succesfully. Finally, to apply the SCRIMP process widely, and to improve the competitive ability of the ship-building industry.
