摘要


每一個企業都將發展出自己獨特的企業文化,也將表現在企業的經營策略上。隨著外在經濟環境的快速改變,企業的經營策?及企業文化亦受到挑戰與衝擊,尤其是在競爭激?的現今,每一個企業都把「人」?為首要的關鍵核心競爭?,特別是連鎖餐飲業,因而任用策略顯得特別重要。 本研究之目的在探討強勢企業文化對任用策略之影響,主要研究對象是王品集團,經研究實證後發現: 王品集團之企業文化與任用策略具有顯著關係存在。王品集團採用「誠實」為價值觀的強勢企業文化,因此招募甄選、員工教育訓練及領導行為等任用策略,都受到強勢企業文化的影響。從尋找與企業文化合適的人才,到宣揚企業文化的重要性外,更引導員工以企業之整體目標及共同利益為一致信念,讓員工與企業產生互利共生的依存關係,同時也鞏固了企業文化的價值,進而追求企業的永續成長。

Each company owns its unique corporate culture and directly applied to a company’s business strategies. As economic environment changes, corporate cultures and business strategies try to catch changing environment. Due to the high competition, all companies want to make profits and will be globalized. Human resource management must be the key point. Especially in chain restaurant industry, the recruitment strategy could be more important. In this research, a case study of WowPrime Group is conducted to explore the impact of strong corporate culture on recruitment strategy for chain restaurant industry. The main conclusions of our research are: There exists an obvious relationship between individual case WowPrime Group’s corporate culture and recruitment strategy. By adopting “honest” be the strong corporate culture, which influences the methods of staff recruitment, staff selection, staff training and leadership behaviors. WowPrime Group tends to look for people with values closer to strong corporate culture and propagates the importance of corporate culture. The guidance of common, mutual benefit and consistent conviction to its members who will let members feel the symbiosis between enterprise and members. And WowPrime Group still consolidates its culture values.
