根據Displaybank資料,全球背光模組2010年超過5.9億片,2013年市場更可望達到7.7億片,是TFT-LCD零組件中成長較高的產業,因而也創造出背光模組龐大的商機。然隨著TFT液晶顯示器製造技術的提升,在追求更大尺寸及更低價格的趨勢下,背光模組從業者的品質滿意度,不能再以一元化的品質來衡量消費者心中的品質滿意度價值,而更需要從產品的各種品質要素來考量客戶的品質需求。 然而,眾多的品質需求會有各自的品質要素,本研究透過以狩野之二維品質模式對於品質要素的分析,可以對不同品質的要素能有較明確性的了解,繼而瞭解客戶對於背光模組品質的實際需求。這樣的結果對於背光模組產品的市場研發與銷售,就能夠更有效率,從中不僅節省了不必要的開發與管理成本,而且能提高客戶的滿意度,繼而提高背光模組產品整體的競爭力。
According to Displaybank, the quantity of backlight unit would over 590 million pieces in 2010, and it will reach 770 million pieces in 2013; therefore, it is a rapid growing industry in the parts of TFT-LCD. As the TFT-LCD manufacturing technology to enhance, in the large size and low price trend, the backlight module volume practitioners need to consider customer’s satisfaction from different quality attributes rather than unified one. This research analyzes quality attributes of backlight module through Kano model for there could be a better understanding of different quality attributes, and it would help to know the actual needs of customers. The result of this research would help the market development and sales of backlight product to be more efficient, from which not only save unnecessary development and management costs, but also improve customer satisfaction, and then improve the overall backlight product competitiveness.
