中文摘要 隨著消費環境不斷變動,使得企業之間彼此競爭愈來愈激烈,以及經營環境的變化,企業必須面臨許多生存上的困難和挑戰,在這樣的環境當中,供應鏈便因應時代的需求而生。而物流在供應鏈的成本結構及週期時間中,是為最重要、最大的一環節,也是整體供應鏈的瓶頸,所以,如何改善效率及整合物流作業,進而降低總成本,成為供應鏈上探討的重要的關鍵。 本研究以物流的角度來整合供應鏈,然而在整合的過程中,發現資訊技術和物流共同化是整合供應鏈的關鍵因素。由此,本研究將企業與企業的關係分成三種:(1)一對一或一對多關係,(2)多對多關係,及(3)多層次的關係,承以上三種企業關係進而建立出各種相對應的供應鏈模式。本研究採用模擬來探討此三個模式,因為系統模擬在面臨系統內變數之間複雜的關係時,可透過變數間之關係式的構建,來預測整個模式,並研究物流供應鏈整合前、後其成本之差異。 本研究以數據評估實施物流供應鏈整合前及整合後之差異,藉此量化證實物流共同化與資訊整合對於供應鏈之物流確實有莫大的助益。最後對於廠商,依據以上的各樣評估給予建議,對設廠的預備、產品物流的型態考量、或實施整合供應鏈的益處,於廠商均有參考之價值。
Abstract Logistics is one of the major cost functions in a supply chain. It affects cycle time, and is usually the bottleneck of a entire supply chain. Therefore, in order to reduce the cost and promote the efficiency in a supply chain, it is essential to improve its logistics. Information technology and logistics collaboration are two major factors to be considered. This study integrates a supply chain processes from logistical perspectives. The relationships among businesses: one to one or one to many, many to many, and multiple layers relationship. This research uses the simulation method to explore these relationships and compare the cost difference between the traditional and logistic integrated. The results prove that the implementation of information integration and logistic collaboration is benefitial to the distribution centers in a supply chain. Finally, we suggest some applications to businesses.
