廣義DFM系統建構—以消費電子組裝業為例

摘要


在高度競爭的大環境下,企業常將產品與製程平行開發以縮短產品之上市時程,而平行作業成功之關鍵在於有效溝通與良好合作使跨部門知識可以充分整合在產品設計之中。本研究建議導入一DFM (Design For Manufacture)系統以提供適當之環境、原則與方法,協助設計團隊完成符合廣義DFM需求之產品設計。此一系統由知識展開(Knowledge Deployment),知識收集(Knowledge Collecting),知識應用(Knowledge Application),知識更新(Knowledge Updating)等四大模組所組成,分別執行DFM知識之展開、收集、應用與更新等工作。本研究經由專家訪談確認此一系統可促進知識學習與分享文化之形成,並有效縮短產品設計時程與提升產品設計之品質。

In the competing environment of consuming electronic products, comanys are to shorten the time to market of new products by developping products and processes collaterally. Effective communication and corporation between different functions is the major requirements of this parallel approach so that multi-disciplined knowledges could be well integrated. This research is to propose a DFM system that can facilitate communication and corporation to realize the development of products that can meat the broad sense DFM requirements. This system consists of 4 modules: Knowledge Deployment Module, Knowledge Collecting Module, Knowledge Application Module and Knowledge Updating Module to deploy, collect, share and update DFM knowledge. An expert indepth review suggests that the proposed DFM system is compatible with the current new product development process and could effectively shorten the product development time and improve the quality of the new product developed.
