摘要 今天的學校教育,已不再只是追求量的增加,而是追求教育品質的提昇。校園環境品質的提昇,亦是追求教學卓越發展的一項重要課題。中原大學經過五十多年的發展,整體的校園空間需求不斷的增加;礙於校園的現況,導致許多行政服務空間分散在校園各個角落。學校經過仔細的評估及探討,認為實在有興建「聯合行政服務大樓」的需求,屆時教務處(原為中原大學創校之圖書館)建築將重新再利用。由於「聯合行政服務大樓」還未完成,對於未來教務處建築空間也尚未規劃,為讓這具中原歷史義意之建築能繼續為中原人服務,併將含現存後棟之教學大樓納入綜合教學生活區規劃,特將此案提作為設計論文探討,以作為中原大學未來校園規劃中,教務處建築、教學大樓空間規劃之設計參考。本設計案之目的,在提供學生在校求學過程中的生活所需,希望能將教務處建築結合教學大樓,規劃為教學與生活結合的複合式機能空間-「複合式教學生活區」。除原有教學功能外,以學習、休憩、消費、展演等四項機能進行規劃,來滿足本案之需求。進而提供學生一個有趣、方便的學習生活空間,落實「友善校園」的精神。本研究是透過亞歷山大(Alexander, C.)模式語言的概念,建構出中原大學「複合式教學生活區」的規劃概念,希望能透過模式語言的示範設計建構,規劃出可滿足學生消費行為的需求空間,本案以「複合式教學生活區」為主題,其建構之主要空間設計模式語言共有22項: 1.A1連接教務處、教學大樓空中走廊。2.A2中庭增設透明電梯。3.A3處處可用置物櫃。4.A4二樓真知學生休息站。5.A5一樓新知數位天地。6.A6樹葉堆肥中途站。7.A7大型廚餘收集站。8.B1綠意盎然的花圃草坪。9.B2可供休憩停留的庭園小角落。10.B3有舞台感可觀賞水池的戶外平台樓梯。11.B4可觀賞之夜間照明水池。12.B5空調設備改造。13.B6中庭陽台綠化。14.C1庭園咖啡香。15.C2中庭一樓市集生活區。16.C3一樓便利自助洗衣室。17.C4二樓健康外帶速食區。18.D1校史傑出校友牆。19.D2新舊樓中介廣場。20.D3中庭增加玻璃採光罩。21.D4中庭活動小舞台。22.D5三樓學生演講廳。
Abstract Today’s school education is not pursuing the increase of quantity anymore, but the raising of educational quality. The raising of the quality of campus environment is one of the important issues of developing teaching excellence project. With the developing of more than fifty years in C.Y.C.U., the demand of campus space is increasing continuously. Restricting from the real situation in campus, the insufficient space of administration service is evidently scattering among the campus. After the careful evaluation and discussion, school thinks that there’s a necessary to build a “Union Administration Service Building”. When the time comes, the building of Administration’s office will utilize anew. In consideration of the under construction of this building, also the under planning of the building space of Administration’s office, the lasting of the meaning of historical building(the former library) in C.Y.C.U. is the main idea to keep serving the people in C.Y.C.U. The combining of “Teaching Building” with the project of teaching area is being used as the discussion of the design project. This can be a design conference of the space planning of Teaching building and Administration’s office for C.Y.C.U. in the future. The purpose of this project is to provide students what they need in their life during the years in the campus. The concept is to combine the future reused “Administration’s office” with the “Teaching building”, as a whole to work out a complex function space -“Complex Teaching and Living area”. This project is planned based on learning, resting, spending and displaying beside the existing teaching function. Therefore, it provides students with an interesting, convenient learning and living area and put the spirit of “Friendly campus” into effect. This project is based on the concept of Alexander’s Pattern planning out the designing idea of the “Complex Teaching and Living area”. Through the construction of the mode language, it designs a needed room for satisfying the students’ spending behavior. This project uses “Complex Teaching and Living area” as the main subject.
