變頻器之專利分析與技術策略規劃

摘要


隨著知識經濟時代的來臨,智慧財產權成為取得競爭優勢的必要手段,其中專利權的保護,更是企業在競爭市場中得以勝出的策略工具。而企業要開發新技術時,應避免侵犯競爭公司的專利權,或是藉由專利權的保護,作為攻擊競爭公司的武器,凡此種種,有賴於專利分析。由專利分析所得到的專利訊息,可了解競爭國家和競爭公司的市場動態和趨勢,以及技術的動態和趨勢,作為企業技術策略規劃的依據。 隨著全球節省能源意識的抬頭,變頻器應用漸廣,譬如工業馬達的驅動、家電、照明、汽車、運輸等等用途。其中,工業馬達驅動的應用,可達到企業合理化、省力化、省能化、省空間、通訊化、高機能、低噪音、省成本的目的,同時,工業用變頻器的市場,每年仍然以5.6%穩定成長。本文即針對工業用變頻器作專利管理面分析和專利技術面分析,由專利分析結果製作成專利地圖,由專利分析及產業分析作技術策略規劃,最後,提出結論和建言。

In knowledge-based economy era, intellectual property right has become an imperative way to get competitive advantage. The preservation of a patent right is the critical strategy tool to win for the enterprise in the competitive market. When a company develops a new technology, it should avoid tore of its competitors’ patents. In addition, patent rights can be also as a defensive and assailant weapon in the market. The patent intelligence according to patent analysis reveals the development and tendency of market and technology about competitors and competitive countries. It can make a company understand the conditions and the trend in the market. Patent information is one of the most important reference resources when a company drafts its technology strategy. As the sense of conserving energy arises in the world, inverters are gradually used in many fields like in industrial motor driving, house electrical appliances, lights, cars, transport etc. Among all applications, the driving of industrial motor can accomplish the action of rationalization, conserving power, conserving energy, conserving space, communication, high function, less noise, low cost etc. At the same time, the market of industrial inverter still reaches 5.6% growth rate of every year. The paper analyzes patents of industrial inverters by administration and technology dimensions. This research drafts the patent maps using patent analysis and uses the results to make technology strategy. Finally, we propose the conclusions about the industrial inverter and suggestions for the producers.
