類過敏性紫瘢症併發腸套疊之一例

摘要
報告一個十二歲類過敏性紫瘢症的男孩，有腹痛、嘔吐、血便及腹部腫瘤等症狀；經鋇灌腸術X光攝影證明腸套疊並復原之一例。

A 12-year-old boy with anaphylactoid purpura developed intussusception. Gastrointestinal symptoms and signs noted were colicky abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, melena and a palpable abdominal mass. A barium enema demonstrated a cupping phenomenon with a coiled-spring appearance. He had clinical and X-ray evidences of intussusception which were relieved by a barium enema.
