摘要
本文報告一例由非糖尿病之母親所生的男嬰，在二十天大時經由心臟超音波發現有暫時性非對稱的心室中隔肥厚，並合併有第一度房室傳導阻斷和QT間隔延長，家族成員的心電圖檢查正常並無明顯之家族史。經給予Propranolol治療後，病兒情況穩定而出院。二個月後追蹤心臟超音波及心電圖顯示無任何異常。本文特就此種病症就文獻資料做進一步討論。

Transient asymmetric hypertrophy of the interventricular septum was found by echocardiography in a 20-day-old infant whose mother was not diabetic. The electrocardiogram showed first-degree atrioventricular block and QT prolongation. Electro-cardio grams on all first degree relatives were within normal limits. With the medication of propranolol, the infant did well. Both echocardiographic and electrocardiographic findings returned to normal two months later.
