我國護理教育體制之課程與展望

Issues and Prospects for Nursing Education System in Taiwan

摘要


本研究主要目的為:(1)瞭解各級護理學校現行科組分佈現況及其問題,(2)瞭解各級護理學校之現行科組之招生數量,異動情形及畢業生就學現況及其問題, (3)探討我國未來護理人力在數量、分佈、素質和結構變化之可能影響因數,並試作供需之推估,(4)研擬我國護理教育體制在未來五年、十年、十五年內設科組時,宜有之調適措施及相關政策建議。本研究方法以專家意見及資料分析法,針對研究問題收集相關資料後分析及討論。根據結果對護理教育及臨床護理工作情形提出具體之意見爲:(1)加強護理人員之教育。(2)改善護理人員工作環境。(3)五年內職校不再增設及增班。(4)擬定各學制之教育目標,課程設計及畢業生之護一能力特質,幷由教育機構評鑑,以加強各級學校貫徹執行。(5)檢討教、考、用一致性之規劃。(6)研討臨床佐理員之角色、功能、培訓及管理。

The purpose of this study was to (1) understand the current nursing educational system and problem; (2) understand the condition and problem of recruitment, change and graduation in various kinds of nursing schools,(3) explore nursing personnel problems-displacement, characteristics, structure and attributions, (4) propose suggestions for nursing education within further 5, 10, and 15 years. Methods of ”data analysis” and ”expert's opinion” were applied in this study. Based on this study result, discussion and recommendations about nursing education and clinical service were described in this paper.
