臺灣白鼻狸貓（Paguma larvata taivana）於人工飼養環境下血液學與血液化學之探討

摘要

共取15隻健康臺灣白鼻狸貓之血液樣本進行測試，其血液學與血液生化學的檢測結果，分別為白血球總數12.6 ± 3.3 × 10^3／μL，紅血球總數10.2 ± 1.8 × 10^6／μL，血紅素13.4 ± 2.8gm／dL，血容比44.2 ± 6.4％，血小板數3.5 ± 1.6 × 10^5／μL，平均紅血球容積40.5 ± 3.3fL，平均紅血球血紅素濃度29.5 ± 4.8g／μL，平均紅血球血紅素含量13.6 ± 3.6pg，血糖98.5 ± 23.4mg／dL，總蛋白質8.3 ± 0.9g／dL，總膽紅素0.6 ± 0.1mg／dL，天門冬酸鹽轉氨酶97.6 ± 28.6μ／L，乳酸脫氫酶209.6 ± 56.3μ／L，肌氨酸燐酸活酶172.8 ± 128.8μ／L，氨基丙酸轉氨酶41.7 ± 15.2μ／L，鹼磷酶100.5 ± 45.3μ／L，血中尿素氮14.9 ± 7.5mg／dL，肌酸酐1.0 ± 0.2mg／dL，膽固醇123.1 ± 28.6mg／dL，三酸甘油脂81.2 ± 19.3mg／dL，尿酸0.7 ± 0.5mg／dL，鈣離子9.6 ± 0.7mg／dL，無機磷5.6 ± 0.8mg／dL，鎂離子2.2 ± 0.3mg／dL，鈉離子142.4 ± 5.2mEq／L，鉀離子4.4 ± 0.9mEq／L，氯離子102.1 ± 1.6mEq／L，鈣／磷1.8 ± 0.3及鈉離子／鉀離子33.4 ± 6.2。

Paguma larvata taivana, an endergered species is protecting by government of R.O.C. in Taiwan. For the time being, the data concerning with the values of hematology and blood chemistry are unvailable. The purpose of this study is trying to establish the hematology and blood chemistry values of these animals. The 15 samples were examined and the results were as followed WBC count 12.6 ± 3.3 × 10^3/μL, RBC count 10.2 ± 1.8 × 10^6/μL, hemoglobin 13.4 ± 2.8gm/dL, PCV 44.2 ± 6.4%, platelet count 3.5 ± 1.6 × 10^5/μL, MCV 40.5 ± 3.3fL, MCHC 29.5 ± 4.8g/dL, MCH 13.6 ± 3.6pg, bloodglucose 98.5 ± 23.4mg/dL, total protein 8.3 ± 0.9g/dL, total bi-lirubin 0.6 ± 0.1mg/dL, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) 97.6 ± 28.6U/L, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) 41.7 ± 15.2U/L, lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) 209.6 ± 56.3U/L, creatine phosphokinase (CK) 172.8 ± 128.8U/L, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) 100.5 ± 45.3U/L, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) 14.9 ± 7.5mg/dL, creatinine 1.0 ± 0.2mg/dL, cholesterol 123.1 ± 28.6mg/dL, triglyceride 81.2 ± 19.3mg/dL, uric acid 0.7 ± 0.5mg/dL, Ca^(2+)9.6 ± 0.7mg/dL, Inorganic P 5.6 ± 0.8mg/dL, Mg^(2+) 2.2 ± 0.3mg/dL, Na^+ 142.4 ± 5.2mEq/L, K^+ 4.4 ± 0.9mEq/L, CI^- 102.1 ± 1.6mEq/L, Ca/P 1.8 ± 0.3, Na/K 33.4 ± 6.2.
