大白鼠經不同數目之廣東血線蟲感染後血液中嗜伊紅性白血球之研究

摘要

以315隻～465隻，142隻～155隻以及22～30隻廣東血線蟲之第三期幼蟲，各感染5隻雌性大白鼠（Wistar strain），分別定為高、中、低感染組；另取5隻不感染該線蟲之雄性大白鼠作為對照組。以探討大白鼠經不同數目的廣東血緣蟲感染後，血液中嗜伊紅性白血球之變化情形。實驗結果顯示，大白鼠血液中嗜伊紅性白血球，隨感染之蟲體數增多而升高。每立方毫米血液中嗜伊紅性白血球數與伊紅性白血球之百分率分別為：高染組587～3091／mm^3，1.70～9.82%；中感染組426～2629／mm^3，1.84～7.53%；低感染組241～750／mm^3，1.02～3.65%；對照組189～313／mm^3,1.04～2.07%。高感染組之大白鼠，有明顯的鼻孔出血、水腫、痲痺等症狀發生，而且皆於感染後第34天以前死亡，其嗜伊紅性白血球於感染後第6天出現極突出的高峰；中感染組之大白鼠，於感染後第52天依然存活，其嗜伊紅性白血球於感染後第6，34及46天出現高峰；低感染組之大白鼠在成是後第52天也依然存活，其嗜伊紅性生白血球在感染第40天後，才有顯著的升高，但並無任何高峯出現。

Five male rats (Wistar strain) were infected with 22~30 third stage larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonensis. These rats were designated as light infection group. Other rats (5 each) were infected with 142~155, or 315~465 third stage larvae and were designated as moderate or heavy infection group respectively. Five male rats were not infected and were used as control. After rats were infected with third stage larvae, the eosinophils of each rat were determined. The number of eosinophils per cubic millimeter and the percent of eosinophils for each group were as following (a) 587~ 3,091/mm^3, 1.70~9.82%for the heavy infection group; (b) 426~2,629/mm^3, 1.84~7.53% for the moderate infection group;(c)241~750/mm^3, 1.02~3.65% for the light infection group; and (d) 189~313/mm^3, 1.04~ 2.07 % for the control group. Rats of heavy infect ion group showed apparent nasal bleeding, edema and paralysis and all died within34 days after infection. Eosinophils of this group had a peak in number and percentage on the 6th day after infection. Rats of moderate infection group survived till 52th day after infection and had 3 peaks of eosinophils in number and percentage on 6th, 34th and 46th days after infection. The rats of light infection group were still alive up to 52th day. And the number and percentage of eosinophils increased after 40 days of inoculation.
