竹材複合嶔板之性質研究(第二報)-熱傳導性質

Studies on the Properties of Bamboo Composite Panels (Ⅱ) Thermal Conductive Behaviors

摘要


本研究係為探討輕量化之竹材複合嵌板的隔熱性質,在此以竹材合板為表底層材料,聚脲樹脂及聚苯乙烯樹脂之低發泡體,空氣層為心層,膠合而成竹材複合嵌板,再測定其熱傳導率,得到次述之結果。(1) BP-Pu group及BP-PS group複合級嵌板之熱傳導率均會隨其構成特性數(t_2/t_1)增加而呈直線狀減低,可以(9)~(10)表示。(2) BP-A group複合嵌板之熱傳導率會隨其構成特性係數(A%)增加而呈直線狀增大,可以(11)~(12)表示。(3) ASTMC177法所得之熱傳導率會小於JISA14I2法所得值。(4)竹材複合嵌板之隔熱效果有次述順序:BP-PU group > BP-BS group »BP-A group.。

The Purpose of this study is to investigate the thermal insulation behaviors expressed by lower density bamboo composite panels in their thermal coductivity test. The composite panels prepared for this test were constructed by using ply-bamboo as face and back layers and using polyurethane foam or poIystyrene foam or with nothing (hollow) as core. RF resin adhesives was used to fasten the face and back layers to the core. The thermal conductivity of the composite panels were measured according to ASTM CI77 and JISA1412 Standards, Results obtained can be summarized as follows: (1) The thermal conductivity of the composite panels (BP- PU group and BP-PS group) decreases linearly with the increasing of construction coefficient (t_2/t_1). Their relationship can be shown by the experimental formulas (9) and (10). (2)The thermal conductivity of the composite panels (BP-A group) increases linearly with the increasing of construction coefficient (A %). Their relationship can be shown by the experimental formulas (11) and (12).(3)Thermal conductivities of the composite panels obtained by following ASTMCI77 standard are lower than those by following JISA1412 standard. (4)The thermal insulation effects of bamboo composite panels can be described briefly as follows: BP-PU group > EP-PS group » BP- A group.
