木質家具廠機器加工標準工時之研究

Time Study on Machining Process- of Wooden Furniture Factory

摘要


本研究主要目的為以馬錶時間研究及工作抽查法,測定家具廠備料間之縱切鋸、橫切鋸及機器間之四面鉋、帶鋸、立軸機的標準工時,工作率及機器稼動率。再以標準資料法求得各變動單元之變異因素與時間之迴歸關係式。其結果為:1.縱切鋸加工之週程時間T=1.7012+0.0180D+0.8455L,工作率80.54%,機器稼動率65.78%。2.橫切鋸加工之取料時間2.58秒,進料時間因被料之寬度及長度而異。平均鋸切時間T=2.3579+0.0646L。工作率85.46%,機器稼動率為48.18%。3.四面鉋加工單支取料之週程時間T=1.792+0.003L,多支取料每支胚料週程時間T=0.012+4.04/n+0.004L,工作率81.04 %,稼動率58.29%。4.帶鋸及立軸機加工之標準時間因鋸切長度及加工困難度而異。帶鋸工作率68.83%,機器稼動率60.27%,立軸機工作率50.72%,機器稼動率21.35%。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the standard time, working time percentage and machine effieiecny of rip saw, cutoff saw, moulder, band saw and shaper operation by Stop-watch time study and work-sampling. Furthermore to get the regression equations of variable elements and standard time by Standard Data. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. For rip saw operation, the linear regression equation of cycle time is T=1.7012+0.8455L+0.0180D. The working time percentage is 80.54% and 65.78% as machine efficiency. 2. For cut-off saw operation, the moving element time is 2.58 seconds, the infeed element time depends on length and width of strips. The results are tabulated as Table 5. The cutting element regression equation is T=2.3579+0.0646L. The working time percentage is 85.46% and 48.18% for machine efficiency. 3. For moulder operation, every blank operation cycle time is T=1.792+0.003L for picking up one blank each time. For picking up several blanks each time, the cycle time is T=0.012+4.04/n+0.004 L. The working, time percentage is 81.04% and 58.29% for machine efficiency. 4. The standard time of band saw and shaper operation is quite different from the shape of parts. The more complicated the shape the longer the standard time. The working time percentage of band saw is 68.83% and 50.72% for shaper. The machine efficiency of band saw is, 60.27% and 21.35% for shaper.
