改良木材之木釘接合性能研究

Studies on the Performance of Dowel Joints in Improved Woods

摘要


本研究旨在測試改良木材類木釘接合之性能,並探討最適合之接合設計,以期能為家具工業發展適用的材料。結果顯示:三類改良木材之接合強度,以樹脂浸壓材最佳,木塑材最弱。然而樹脂浸壓材與木塑材二者易造成加工作業上之困擾,僅熱處理壓縮材之加工性及接合強度皆良好,故應能適當的供應為家具材料。就膠合劑而論,粉末狀尿素膠對改良木材類之接合,應屬優良之膠合劑。佈膠方式則以兩釘孔和構件接合面兩處佈膠者為理想的方式。而間距變化與接合引拔強度之相關性較低,但與靜曲強度則呈正相關。

The purpose of this study was to test the performance of dowel joints in improved woods, and to research the suitable design of joints, for developing suitable materials for furniture industry. According to the experimental results: in jointing strength of improved woods, compreg wood was the most efficiency but W.P.C. was the worst. Both of compreg wood and W.P.C. were difficult in machining, only staypak was the best in machining and jointing strength. So the most suitable materials for furniture was staypak. In respect of adhesives, powdered UF adhesive was the most suitable for the jointing of improved woods. The idealist glue-spreading method was the glue spreaded on the inside of dowel hole and matching surface. Regarding the spacing and withdrawal strength, they showed lower relationship, but it was greatly related to the static bending strength.
