改良木材接合性能之研究-(Ⅰ)集成材之接合強度

摘要


木研究係探討不同樹種製備為集成材之接合強度、及膠合劑榫接型態對杉木集成材接合強度之影響,以尋求最適合集成材的接合設計。結果摘述如下:(1)各種樹種所製備之集成材其接合強度如下:杉木集成材之引拔強度、破壞撓矩及接合剛性皆以集成元為3mm所撞得之強度最佳;花旗松集成材之三種強度則皆以10mm最強;泡桐集成材之引拔強度以3mm最大、破壞撓矩與接合剛性則以6mm最優;而南洋桐集成材僅只集成元為15mm之引拔強度及接合剛性較強於實木之強度,其餘之規格卻皆比實木的強度弱。(2)欲利用集成材供為家具之構件材料時,低比重材料(如杉木、泡桐等)宜以集成元為3mm製造。而南洋桐由於加工性、材色及接合性能均優良,應可直接作為家具材料使用,不必費心製造為集成材。(3)材木集成材以方榫接合時,宜採用集成元為3mm者,若欲以橢圓榫接合,則宜採用6mm者;而膠合劑則採用六馬膠較為適宜。

The purpose of this study is to research the joint strength of laminated wood (LW) manufactured by different species, and the influence of the adhesives and the types of joint on China fir LW, and to find out the most suitable design of joint for LW. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Joint strength of LW made by various species: the withdrawal strength, bending moment and jointing rigidity of china fir LW showing the highest values for 3mm of lamina; the three kinds strength of Douglas fir LW are the strongest for 10mm; the withdrawal strength of Paulownia LW is the highest for 3mm, but the others are better for 6mm; the withdrawal strength and jointing rigidity of Jelutong LW for 15mm is stronger than solid wood, others are weaker than sloid wood. 2. When using LW as the materials for furniture members, the low-density woods (such as China fir, Paulownia and etc.) are more suitable to be manufactured by 3mm lamina. But Jelutong can be used directly as the materials owing to its better working properties, wood color and performance of joints, it is not necessary to be made as LW. 3. It is more suitable to adopt 3mm lamina for china fir LW in squareend mortise-and-tenon joint, 6 mm is better for round-end mortise-and tenon joint, and the most suitable adhesives is UF glue.
