摘要

本省木質家具業，近年來發展迅速，工廠林立，但規模懸殊，部份工廠缺乏科學化之生產管理制度。正值國際間保護主義的壓力及台幣升值之際，加強家具工廠之生產管理及全面提高生產力，仍為當務之急。本研究以個案工廠為例，試行生產管理之工作，期使提高生產力，並建立生產管理制度，俾供國內木質家具業之參考，其未研究改善前，核計其系統生產力僅在0.8~1.19之間，經本研究分析，建議改善後，其生產力提高1.06~1.34，有顯著的改善效果。

In Taiwan, wooden furniture factory has developed rapidly in recent year, there are many factories, but the scale of them is so different among the factories, most of them are lack of scientific production management system. So, carrying out the production management system by case factory, the results obtained by this study. Before improving the case system productivity is between 0.8 to 1.19. After improving the case system productivity has increased by 1.06-1.34.
