膠合及途裝材耐候性之研究

Studies on the Durability Properties of Bonding and Coating Materials

摘要


本試驗之目的在探討不同膠合劑及塗料所膠合及塗裝之試材於長時間使用下之耐候性。所使用之膠合劑有RF、UF、PVAc、KR及MB膠等五種;所使用之塗料有NC、AA及PU塗料等三種。各膠合及塗接試材經放置於室內(木造屋及水泥屋)及室外(東,西二向)一定時間後,分別測定其膠合性能及塗裝性質,以探討其隨時間之變化情形。本試驗所得之結果如下:1.於本試驗之測定時間範圍內(12個月),膠合試材之耐久性除PVAc者較差外,餘均良好。2. NC、AA及PU三種塗料之試片經12個月之放置後,以NC之劣化情形最明顯。3.不論何種試材其劣化情形均以室外者較室內者明顯,西向者較東向者明顯。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the durability of different bonding and coating samples under long-term ultilization. The adhesives used were RF, UF, PVAc, KR and MB glues, and the coating material were NC, AA, and PU coatings. In this study we examined the bonding and coating properties of the gluing and coating samples in both indoor (wooden and cement houses) and outdoor (east and west sides) conditions. The relationship between environmental conditions and test results were found. The conclusions were as follows: 1. During the testing period (12 months), the durability of bonding samples had no obvious change, except the sample bonded with PVAc. 2. The durability of NC coating was the worst among these three coatings after 12 months. 3. The durability of the bonding and coating samples in indoors were better than those in outdoors, samples in wooden house were better than those in cement house, and samples-in east side-were-better-than those in west-side.
