以氣凝膠製備耐磨聚酯纖維之性能研究

The Properties of Wear-resistance Polyethylene Terephthalate Fibers Prepared by Aerogel

摘要


本研究成功利用氣凝膠添加至聚酯材料中,搭配自有分散技術經高速混合設備攪拌後均勻分散,以熔融混煉方式製成母粒,再進一步製成纖維和織物。此技術製備之氣凝膠聚酯纖維不僅可提升其耐磨耗性,且氣凝膠的疏水特性可降低織物之吸濕率,期望於戶外紡織品領域上能有更廣泛的應用。

This study focused on the aerogel powder which added into the polyester material. The aerogel polyester materials represented uniform state using the dispersant technology, further the aerogel polyester masterbatch, fibers and textiles produced by melting blending process and melting spinning process. Not only the wear-resistance of polyester fibers enhanced by adding of aerogel powder, the water absorption and desorption property of textiles increased. This technology is looking forward to having more applications in outdoor textiles.
