木材用胺基醇酸樹脂塗料耐候性與耐光性之研究

摘要


本研究選取木材用胺基醇酸樹脂塗料進行耐候性及耐光性之探討。試驗採用大豆油、篦麻油、米糠油、椰子油等四種油變性醇酸樹脂及二種油長之醇酸樹脂,分別與胺基樹脂架橋劑調配成胺基醇酸樹脂塗料,然後塗裝於紅櫟木試材上,以進行塗膜之耐候及加速照光試驗。與市售塗料相較,含篦麻油組成之胺基醇酸樹脂塗料變色程度最低;含大豆油成分者變色最為顯著。塗料光澤度變化及塗膜附著性能,則以大豆油及篦麻油組成者表現最為優異。含短油醇酸脂塗料及不飽和聚酯塗料之顏色安定性及光澤度留存最佳;劣化處理後之塗膜附著性以短油醇酸樹脂最佳,聚酯樹脂塗料之表現最差。

The aim of this study is to document the weatherability and lightfastness of amino-alkyd coatings. First of all, the type of oil used to prepare the alkyd resin coating was changed by using soya bean oil, or castor oil, rice bran oil, or coconut oil, respectively; and then soya bean oil of different oil lengths in the modified alkyd resin was used to prepare the amino-alkyd coatings. After determining the weatherability and the lightfastness of the amino-alkyd coatings, the following conclusions can be drawn. When compared with the commercial amino-alkyd coating, the coating containing castor oil reveled the least degree of color difference, while the most remarkable discoloration was displayed by the coating containing soya bean oil. The amino-alkyd coatings containing soya bean oil and castor oil, respectively; both had distinguished gloss and adhesion properties of coating films. On the other hand, the short-oil-length amino-alkyd coating and unsaturated polyester coatings maintained the most stable colorfastness and gloss retention; alter natural and artificial aging treatments, respectively; the short-oil-length amino-alkyd coating revealed the best adhesion of coating film, while the worst properties were displayed by the polyester film.
