染色竹塑材之製造及其加工利用之研究

摘要


本試驗以省產之六種經濟竹種:麻竹、刺竹、綠竹、孟宗竹和桂竹等竹材以塑膠單體配合難料,應用熱觸媒法製成蓋起色竹塑材,而改良材質及外觀性,探討其染色竹塑材利用之可行性。本試驗之主要結果如下:1.一般而言,比重低之竹材,其空隙率較大,可獲得較理想之單體注入率及聚合體率,本試驗各種竹材中,以麻竹之單體注入率及聚合體率最高,刺竹、綠竹次之,再以孟宗竹,而桂竹最低。2.竹塑材之物理機械性質之改良皆有正面效果,其中以抗縮能與水分排除能及硬度改良效果較佳,而劈裂強改良效果較差。3.就以竹塑材製造之地較耐磨性,即刺竹竹塑材地板耐磨性最高。4.促進耐候性試驗之光堅牢度,以人工鋪展箱照射40小時,其L*、a*、b*值之變化因竹種而異,一般而言照射10小時、40小時對於其L*、a*、b *值之變化不大。

Six economical bamboo species, such as "Sinocalamus latiflorus", "Bambusa stenostachya", "Bambusa oldhamii", "Phyllostachys pubescens" and "Phyllostachys makinoi" were used for the manufacture of dyed bamboo and plastic composite by means of heat-catalyst, and the modified gross appearance and its utilization were investigated. The main results obtained by this experiment may be summarized as follows: 1. The bamboo with lower specific gravity , the higher void volume it would have, therefore the higher monomer loading could be obtained , among all bamboo species tested in this experiment, Sinocalamus latiflorus showed the highest monomer loading and polymer loading , Bambusa stenostachya and Bambusa oldhamii were the next , Phyllostachys pubescens and Phyllostachys makinoi were the lowest. 2. There were positive effects on the physical and mechanical properties after the bamboo had been modified as BPC, among them anti-shrink efficiency, water excluding efficiency and hardness showed the highest improvement and cleavablity was the lowest. 3. Regarding the abrasive resistance of the flooring made from the BPC, Bambusa stenostachya showed the highest. 4. The color change of dyed BPC tested in the artificial weather chamber for 40 hrs exposure, the L, a, and b values varied with bamboo species; generally it showed small changes under 10 hrs to 40 hrs exposure.
