影像分析技術在針葉樹材組織單元量測之應用研究

A Study on the Application of Image Analysis Technique for the Measurement of Coniferous Wood Tissue Units

摘要


本研究係由針葉樹材中取樣10種為例,應用電腦影像處理技術建立木材解剖構造的基本數值量測模式。試驗的方法係利用電荷藕合裝置照像機(CCD Camera)將木材切片之顯微影像取入電腦中,再以影像處理技術分析影像內的資訊。經由各種處理分析之後可獲得有關圖點、線段、區域等之各種相關資訊,並運用於木材細胞構造上的量測,例如用於計算薄壁細胞的個數、細胞壁之內、外徑及厚度的量測、面積大小的計算、分類與統計,或是求面積百分比率。運用影像處理技術來進行觀察與量測工作,不僅可提高其精確度,並在熟悉其處理程序以及獲取重要參數的設定要領之後,可望建立巨集處理模式,而達到自動化量測目的。

In this study, 10 species of coniferous wood were selected for samples, the technique of computer image processing was applied in order to estabilish the basic numerical measurement model for anatomical structures of wood. The experimental method was using Charge Coupled Devices (CCD) camera to grasp the micro image from wood slide into computer, then the information of image was analyzed with image processing technique. After various kinds of treatment and analyses, we can detect some messages about Point, Line and Area, which can be used to measure the cell structures of wood, for example, to count the number of parenchyma cells, to measure the inner- or outer-diameter and thickness of cell walls, to calculate the size of area, to classify or analyze the area percentage. Using image processing technique on the works of observation and measurement not only can improve the precision but also may approach the purpose of automatic measurement, after obtaining the skill of the procedure of treatment or setting of important parameters, then it is possible to estabilish a macro-proceeding model.
