甲醛化處理材與乙醯化處理材勁曲試驗時AE之發生

摘要


於各種不同處理條件之甲醛化處理材與乙醯化處理材進行靜曲強度試驗時,檢測AE之發生,並檢討各處理材微細構造與力學性質等之變化對AE發生之影響。甲醛化處理材之MOR隨重量增加率之增大而降低,而MOE則無降低之傾向。乙醯化處理材之MOR隨重量增加率之增大而增加,而MOE受重量增加率之影響不明顯。由荷重一撓距曲線與AE事件率顯示甲醛化處理材隨重量增加率之增大,其比例限度以上非直線性變形之領域逐漸減少或消失,同時重量增加率愈大者,於較低之荷重時產生較大之AE事件率。然而無論何種處理條件之乙醯化處理材,其荷重一撓距曲線及AE事件率均與無處理材者相似。

The acoustic emission(AE) generations during static bending strength tests for both formaldehyde-treated wood and acetylated wood with different treatment conditions were examined, The changes of the microscopic structure and mechanical properties of treated wood on AE generation were also studied,The MOR of formaldehyde-treated wood decreased with increasing in weight percent gain, while no decreasing trend in MOE was observed. For acetylated wood, the MOR increased with increasing in weight percent gain and the MOE was not evidently affected by weight percent gain. The results of load-deflection curves and AE event rates showed that the non-linear deformation region above the propertional limit would gradually decrease or disappear, and the AE event rates showed larger value in the lower load for formaldehyde-treated woods when weight percent gain increased. However, the load-deflection curves and AE event rates of acetylated wood at various treated conditions in this study were similar to those of the untreated wood.
