金屬扣件對竹稈構件接合強度之影響

Influence of Mechanical Fasteners on the Joint Strength of Bamboo Culm

摘要


為改進傳統竹結構接合之強度與剛性,本研究旨在探討以金屬扣件與合板接合板在竹稈構件接合之應用與性能評估。試驗探用竹東地區4年生之桂竹作為試材,伐採後全竹打穿竹節,再經鉻化砷酸銅(CCA)藥劑真空加壓防腐處理,將竹材截成每段約40cm長,於氣乾下進行竹材接合強度試驗,平均稈徑約4.56cm,試材之平均含水率為14.0%,試驗使用扣件包括箱用釘、螺栓以及鐵絲,釘接用合板厚度9mm,竹材組合後於萬能試驗機下進行拉伸及彎矩強度試驗,其試驗結果顯示,以不同釘間距6cm及9cm用於竹稈構件組合時,拉伸強度無明顯之差異;以不同釘規格接合竹稈構件時,隨釘直徑加大,拉伸強度也會增加,6d釘所組合之拉伸強度較4d釘高20%。竹稈構件以不同規格螺栓接合,直徑7.5mm的接合效果較直徑6.3mm者高12%;同時箱用釘及螺栓用於竹稈構件之拉伸強度明顯大於鐵絲,直徑6.3mm之螺栓的釘著效果,為直僅1.2mm鐵絲的2.62倍,接合部位之剛性方面,以螺栓及鐵釘接合者均分別較傳統鐵絲接合者改善124%及101%,在彎矩強度試驗方面,顯示螺栓之彎矩破壞載重較箱用釘接合者高21.4%。

The joint performance of bamboo members connected with mechanical fasteners was under investigation in the study. Makino bamboo of 4 years old harvested from Chu-Tung region was used for the evaluation after bamboo treated with CCA preservatives. The average diameter of bamboo culm is 45.6mm and the average moisture content after air-drying is 14.0%. The results from tension test indicated that no significant difference in maximum tensile strength was found between nail spacing of 6 cm and 9 cm for those joints assembled with box nails. The maximum tensile strength of bamboo joints fabricated with 6d box nails is 20% higher than that with 4d nails. The maximum tensile strength of bamboo joints fabricated with bolts of 7.5 mm in diameter is 12% higher than that with 6.3 mm bolts. Furthermore, the maximum tensile strength of bamboo joints fabricated with 6.3 mm bolts is 2.62 times higher than that with steel wire of 1.2 mm in diameter. The stiffness values of bamboo joints fabricated with bolts and nails have 124% and 101%improvementas compared to those with traditional steel wire joints. The maximum bending moment of bolt joints is 21.4% higher than that of nail joints.
