亞麻仁油為基質之壓克力化胺酯寡聚體UV塗料之合成與應用

摘要


本研究是將莫耳比分別為0.5、1.0及1.5之亞麻仁油與甘油行酯交換反應,形成亞麻仁油甘油酯,再與多異氰酸酯(PTDI)及2-羥乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(HEMA)反應,合成壓克力化胺酯寡聚體(LOAUO),再依LOAUO/單體(三羥甲醇丙烷三丙烯酸酯;TMPTA)=80/20(重量比),並添加3%之光引發劑(Irgacure 651)而調配成自由基聚合型之紫外線硬化型(UV)塗料,探討不同油含量之壓克力化胺酯寡聚體做為木材用UV塗料之可行性。試驗結果顯示,亞麻仁油可以穩定地合成壓克力化胺酯寡聚體,所有塗料均具有極佳之耐久性,而塗膜硬度、拉伸強度、附著性及重量保留率量隨油含量之減少而增加,整體而言,以亞麻仁油/甘油=0.5(莫耳比)所製備之UV塗料之塗料與塗膜性能最為均衡,適用為木材塗料。

Linseed oil-based acrylated urethane oligomer (LOAUO) with different oil content, which was synthesized by reaction of glycerides, polyisocyanate (PTDI) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), have been used to formulate the free radical polymerization ultraviolet (UV) curing coatings by combining LOAUO with trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) by weight ratio of 80/20 and 3% of photoinitiator (Irgacure 651) added for wood finishing. The glycerides were prepared by transesterification of linseed oil and glycerin with different molar ratios of 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5, respectively. The results indicated that the acrylated urethane oligomer could readily be synthesized. All coatings had an excellent durability on the wood substrate. The hardness, tensile strength, adhesion, and weight retention of coating films increased with decreasing oil content. From the results, it can be concluded that the UV coating with the linseed oil/ glycerin=0.5/1.0 (molar ratio) has an excellent performance and a balance effect on the properties of coating and film and can readily be used for wood coating.
