摘要

綜合感冒製劑中，常加入pheniramine maleate, Chlorpheniramine maleate, carbinoxamine maleate, pyrilamine maleate等成分，並常與caffeine併用，利用氣相層析法可同時將上述5種成分分離定性，其分離效果良好，簡單迅速而精確。其層析條件為：玻璃分離管6'×1/4''×2 mm，填充物質3% OV-17 on Chromosor b W, 80~100 mesh，溫度230℃，檢出器：FID。
