利用逆相高效液相層析法,以Licrosorb(上標 ®) RP-18(10μm; 4mm I.D×250mm)層析柱為固定相,以乙腈:0.005M PIC(上標 ®)-A溶液(5:95)爲移動相(流速1ml/min),偵測器之紫外光波長為254nm,分離定量製劑中之Orotic acid (OA)及Chlorpheniramine maleate (CM),本法迅速、準確,為一簡單可行之分析法。
A rapid determination of ortic acid (OA) and chlorpheniramine maleate (CM) by reverse-phase ion pair high-performance liquid chromatography was described. Separation of OA and CM was obtained using a Licrosorb(superscript ®) RP-18 (4mm I.D.×250 nm) with an eluent of CH3CN:0.005M. PIC(superscript ®)-A solution (5:95). Ultraviolet detector at the wavelength of 254 nm was used to monitor the effluent. It was found that the average coefficient of variance (C.V.) for the determination of OA and CM were 1.9±0.59 and 3.4±0.17 (±S.D., n=6) respectively. The average recovery of OA was 103.05% and that of CM was 99.93%.
