台灣中部地區市售仙草、愛玉及粉粿中着色劑、防腐劑之調查
Investigation of Artifical and Preservatives in Marketed Sien-Tsao, Ai-Yu and Fen-Kuei in Central District of Taiwan

In an attempt to understand the status of artifical colors and preservatives in marketed Sien-Tsao, Ai-Yu and Fen-Kueik, 200 samples were collected in central district of Taiwan from July 1986 to May 1987, 15.5% of samples did not meet the hygienic standard, 3 samples were found to contain non-permitted colors and 28 samples were found to contian non-permitted preservatives. No boric acid or borate was found in 200 samples.
