黃芩及其製劑之薄層層析鑑別
Studies on the Thin-Layer Chromatographic Identification of Soutellariae Radix and This He RB in Some Chinese Herbal Preparations

In this experiment we developed three systems for identifying scutellariae Radix and It use in some chinese herbal preparations. The solvent systems consisted of: Chloroform-Methanol-Water (70:30:6), Toluene-Ethanol (8:2), Benzene-Acetone (8:2) With these systems in the mobilephase, we could easily separate the constituents of scutellariae Radix in the chinese herbal preparations of Long Dan Shieh Gan Tong (龍膽瀉肝湯), Hwang Lian Shang Ching Tong (黃蓮上清湯) and Ching Shang Forng Fong Tong (清上防風湯), Consequently, using visible or U.V. light (254 nm) clearly identified the spots showing scutell ariae Radix.
