農產品中巴賽松殘留量標準檢驗方法之建立
Establishment of Standard Analytical Methods for Determination of Pesticide Residues in Crops-Tests of Phoxim

Methods using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determine Phoxim in crops have been developed. Phoxim was extracted from crops, using chloroform; its analysis was determined by UV 280 nm after purification. Studies, performed at 0.1~0.3 ppm fortification levels, showed recovery between 83.8~84.7%. The limit of detection of Phoxim in rice tested was 0.01 ppm.
