農產品中草殺淨殘留量標準檢驗方法之建立
Establishment of Standard Analytical Method for the Determination of Ametryn in Crops

An simple and efficient method is presented for the extraction, purification, and gas chromatography (GC) with NPD (nitrogen phosphate detector) and a capillary column of DB-17 to determine ametryn in crops. Residues of ametryn was extracted from crops with acetone, partitioned into dichloromethane, and determined by GC-NPD subsequent to purification. Recovery studies were performed at 0.05~0.75 ppm fortification levels, and recoveries ranged from 89.2~91.4%. The corresponding detection limit in crops was 0.01 ppm.
