摘要

大克爛(Dicloran)屬淤有機氮劑及雜環化合物類農藥，本研究發展出利用氣相層析(gas chromatography, GC)檢驗作物中大克爛殘留量之方法。大克爛以丙酮自綠豆、木耳、小白菜中萃取出，再以二氯甲烷抽取，經矽藻土過濾層析管柱(Florisil cartridge)淨化後以GC-ECD檢測之，結果添加0.05~3.0 ppm檢體濃度之平均回收率為85.1~93.7%，最低檢出量在木耳中為0.004 ppm。

Methods using gas chromatography (GC) to determine Dicloran in crops have been developed. Dicloran was extracted from crops, using acetone; it's analysis was determined by GC-ECD after purification. Studies, performed at 0.05~3.0 ppm fortification levels, showed recovery between 85.1~93.7%. The limit of detection of Dicloran in agaric tested was 0.004 ppm.
