中部地區市售生鮮牛肉、豬肉、雞肉暨鵝肉中蛋白同化荷爾蒙之殘留調查

Survey of Nine Anabolic Hormone Residues in Fresh Meat

摘要


為了解中部地區市售生鮮牛肉、豬肉、雞肉暨鵝肉中蛋白同化荷爾蒙之殘留情形,本調查於84年7月至85年6月期間在中部八縣市之傳統市場與生鮮超市隨機採樣,共購得檢體100件,分別爲牛肉33件、豬肉31件、雞肉31件、鵝肉5件。本實驗利用高效液相層析法以及UV光譜之比較,分析上述各種肉類是否殘留α-Zeranol,β-Zeranol,17α-Estradiol,17β-Estradiol,Progesterone,17α-Hydroxyprogesterone,4-Androstene-3,17-dione,Testosterone,Diethylstilbestrol等,結果均未檢出。

From July 1995 to June 1996, 100 meat samples (including 33 beef, 31 pork, 31 chicken muscle, 5 goose muscle) were purchased from the fresh markets and supermarkets in Taiwan area and analyzed for anabolic hormone resides (including α-zeranol, β-zeranol, 17 α-estradiol, 17 β-estradiol, progesterone, 17 α-hydroxyprogesterone, 4-androstene-3, 17-dione, testosterone, diethylstilbestrol). The result showed that the anabolic hormones analyzed were undetected in all samples.
