本計畫於民國88年10月至89年1月,於台北地區之西藥房(聯合藥局)、藥粧店、醫療儀器行及直銷業抽購以提供膳食纖維為訴求之保健食品共104件,以AOAC酵素-重量法,進行總膳食纖維含量之調查,檢測結果,總膳食纖維含量範圍為0.25~98.03%,含量在50.0%以下者有91件,佔87.5%。
The purpose of this investigation is to understand the quantity of dietary fiber in health foods. One hundred and four samples of health foods were purchased from drugstores, pharmacies and distributors in Taipei area from October 1999 to January 2000. All samples were analyzed by AOAC Official Method 985.29, the enzyme-gravimetric method, for the total dietary fiber in health foods The results showed that the total dietary fiber content of health foods was at 0.25~98.03%. The total dietary fiber content of 9l samples was below 50%.
