大都會區居民至超級市場及量販店購買包裝蔬果之機會大增,雖然許多超市及量販店對進貨蔬果,已建立自行檢驗措施,或選擇業經檢驗合格,具有吉園圃或綠盾等標誌之蔬果為貨源,但為強化業者自主管理之責任,本調查針對蔬果包裝場進行蔬果殘留農藥的監測。抽驗之包裝場共計21家,7家品管等級為第三級,9家品管等級為第二級,5家品管等級為第一級。 於92年5月及9月共進行兩次監測,以品管等級第2、3級者為優先採樣對象。兩次之監測共抽驗蔬果檢體63件,包括蔬菜類50件,水果類13件,送至本局及中、南各檢驗站,進行79種殘留農藥之檢驗,檢驗結果檢出殘留農藥有7件,包括蔬菜5件、水果2件,檢出率為11.1%,檢驗結果均無不符規定者。本調查曾於92年9月5日發布新聞在案。
In order to understand whether the supermarkets have provided vegetables and fruits in compliance with pesticide tolerance, 63 samples of vegetables and fruits were collected from packers throughout Taiwan during May and Sep. 2003. Samples were analyzed by a multi-residue method that included 79 items of pesticide. The results showed that no sample violated the tolerance level set by the Department of Health.
