非類固醇類抗發炎製劑之品質監測
Survey on the Quality of Oral Preparations of Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs in Taiwan
摘要
為瞭解國內現階段市售非類固醇類抗發炎製劑(Non-Steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drugs, NSAIDs)中Diclofenac sodium、Mefenamic及Naproxen之錠劑及其膠囊製劑品質狀況，經函請北、高兩市及各縣市衛生局，於民國95年1月至6月間，赴轄區內醫院診所、藥局、藥廠及代理商抽驗市售檢體，抽得Diclofenac sodium錠劑及其膠囊製劑計28件、Mefenamic acid錠劑及其膠囊製劑計27件、Naproxen錠劑及其膠囊製劑計27件，總共82件，其中國產品78件，輸入品4件。參照中華藥典第五版及USP 26版之檢驗規格、方法及本局常用藥物化粧品檢驗方法專輯進行一般檢查（外觀及重量差異）、鑑別及含量測定等重點項目檢驗，結果1件非類固醇類抗發炎製劑品質檢驗不合格（Diclofenac sodium成分之膠囊製劑，其含量不足），不合格率1.22%，其他81件均合格，不符規定之產品，已函送各地方衛生單位，依違反藥事法予以處理。本調查計畫之結果將提供作為藥政管理之參考。

In order to understand the quality of the marketed oral preparations of non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs in Taiwan, a total of 82 samples (diclofenac sodium, mefenamic acid and naproxen capsules and tablets) were acquired from different counties and cities in Taiwan during January thru June 2006. Samples were analyzed by the methods as described in the Ch. P. V, USP 26 and BFDA analytical methods for drugs and cosmetics. One non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug (diclofenac sodium capsule) failed to meet the requirement.
