四環素類(Tetracyclines)原料藥之品質調查
Quality Survey of Tetracycline Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient in Taiwan
摘要
為瞭解台灣地區抗生素四環素類(Tetracyclines)原料藥之品質狀況，經洽台北市政府衛生局、高雄市政府衛生局及各縣市政府衛生局，於民國95年3月至9月間，赴轄區內四環素類製劑製造廠及輸入代理商抽驗檢體共計18件，包含16件鹽酸四環素原料藥(Tetracycline HCl)、1件鹽酸羥四環素原料藥(Oxytetracycline HCl)及1件羥四環素原料藥(Oxytetracycline)。參照中華藥典第五版(Ch. P.V)、美國藥典第 29 版(USP 29)、歐洲藥典第5.0版(EP 5.0)、英國藥典2000年版(BP 2000)及原廠檢驗規格之檢驗方法進行檢測，其結果均符合藥典規定。

In orer to survey the quality of tetracyclines active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), 18 samples were collected from various manufacturers and agents via local health personnel throughout Taiwan from March to September, 2006. Samples were analyzed by the method described in the Ch. P. V, USP 29, EP 5.0 and BP 2000. The results showed that all samples, including 16 tetracycline HCl, one oxytetracycline and one oxytetracycline HCl, met the pharmacopeia requirements.
