摘要

中藥材重金屬限量標準係中藥品質管制重要規範之一，本計畫以感應耦合電漿質譜儀(ICP/MS)進行半夏、生地黃、葛根、紫蘇葉、澤瀉、山茱萸、遠志、蒼朮、西洋參與細辛等10種中藥材之鉛、銅、鎘、汞、砷等5種重金屬含量背景值調查，10種藥材中5種重金屬含量之80(上標 th)%位數值範圍分別為鉛0.22~8.20 ppm、銅4.44~12.64 ppm、鎘0.04~1.25 ppm、汞N.D.~0.09 ppm及砷0.09~2.76 ppm。半夏等10種中藥材之最低偵測極限分別為鉛0.015 ppm、銅0.1 ppm、鎘0.0015 ppm、汞0.01 ppm及砷0.001 ppm。本結果可提供行政管理單位制訂限量標準之參考依據。

The limitation of heavy metals in raw materials of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is an important issue for the quality control of TCM. The amounts of lead (Pb), copper (Cu), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg) and arsenic (As) in 10 raw materials of TCM, including Pinelliae Rhizoma, Rehmanniae Radix, Puerariae Radix, Perillae Folium, Alismatis Rhizoma, Corni Fructus, Polygalae Radix, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Panacis Quinquefolii Radix and Asari Radix, were determined by ICP/MS (inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry). The 80(superscript th) percentile of each heavy metal in these raw materials were in the range of 0.22~8.20 ppm for Pb, 4.44~12.64 ppm for Cu, 0.04~1.25 ppm for Cd, N.D. ~0.09 ppm for Hg, and 0.09~2.76 ppm for As, respectively. For TCM the detection limits of Pb, Cu, Cd, Hg and As were 0.015, 0.1, 0.0015, 0.01, and 0.001 ppm, respectively. These survey data could provide the limitation assessment of heavy metals in raw materials of TCM for the regulatory authority in future.
