市售水產品中動物用藥孔雀綠及其代謝物殘留量調查
Survey on Malachite Green and Leucomalachite Green Residues in Marketed Aquatic Products
摘要
96年度針對市售水產品，包括石斑魚9件、吳郭魚14件、虱目魚11件、香魚10件、鰻魚5件、鱒魚5件、土虱2件、牛蛙2件、田雞2件及甲魚4件等共64件，進行動物用藥孔雀綠及其代謝物之殘留量調查。檢體由各縣市衛生局進行採樣，檢體均質後以乙腈萃取，經Oasis MCX陽離子交換萃取匣進行淨化，再以Symmetry® C8層析管柱，搭配5 mM醋酸銨溶液(pH 4.5)及含0.1%甲酸之乙腈溶液所組成之梯度移動相，以液相層析串聯質譜法(liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry）利用電灑游離法(electrospray ionization)配合多重反應偵測模式(multiple reaction monitoring)進行檢驗，結果均未檢出。本檢驗方法之檢出限量為0.5 ppb。

A survey of malachite green and leucomalachite green residues in marketed aquatic products was conducted in 2007. Sixty four samples, including 9 grouper, 14 tilapia, 11 milkfish, 10 smelt, 5 ell, 5 trout, 2 catfish, 2 bullfrog, 2 rice frog and 4 soft-shell turtle, were collected from retails by local health personnel. Homogenized samples were extracted using acetonitrile and cleaned up using Oasis MCX cartridge. The extracts were analyzed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) with electrospray ionization and multiple reaction monitoring. Neither malachite green nor leucomalachite green was detected in all samples with the detection limit of 0.5 ppb.
