摘要


土地開發連帶會影響到其水土環境的改變。滯洪設施正是爲避免這種對週遭環境的衝擊過大,所採用的一種防範措施。國內對尖峰逕流量的估算,以合理法最爲常見;而滯洪量設計的計算方法中,則以歷線法最廣爲接受。本研究採用Chow et al(1988)的改良式合理法觀念,將合理法尖峰逕流量的推估,擴大至逕流歷線。使得合理法中的相關集水區特性,可以直接用來求得其所需設計滯洪量,而不需要傳統試誤求算過程。在兼顧安全與經濟可行的考量下,本研究解析出合理法中滯洪量設計的底限與合理上限値。並經由三個實例演算,說明此種解析値確可作爲實際滯洪量設計,在安全性與可行性的檢算標準。

Land development will eventually affect the soil and water environment. Detention facility is one of the major tools to prevent the overwhelming environmental impact. In Taiwan the most popular method to estimate the peak discharge is the rational method. while the most acceptable way to calculate the detention volume is the hydrograph method. The modified rational method adapted from Chow et al (1988) has been extended to develop the storm hydrograph as well as peak discharge. Therefore, common watershed parameters in the rational method can be used to estimate directly the detention volume without the traditional process of trials. Under considerations of safety and economical feasibility, both the bottom and upper design limits of detention volume by the modified rational method have been solved in this study. With three illustrated examples, both solved limits can be actually applied for evaluating the safety and feasibility of practical detention design.
