台南區80～82年度輔導農村青年創業與改進農業經營貸款評估結果分析

摘要

自80年度開始，農村青年申請創業貸款所提「輔導農村青年創業與改進農場經營貸款申請書」，應先經由各區農業改良場聘請有關的學者專家進行農場經營及產銷技術評估，然後再將評估結果送中國農民銀行各地有關分行，作為貸款與否之參考。迄82年度為止，申請件數共有467件，金額共1,210,773,000元，經評估結果通過有395件，金額達1,029,457,000元，通過百分比均為85%。在通過的395件中，依申請作業項目來分，水產養殖71件，花卉114件，蔬果19件，果樹42件，茶葉產製44件，農產加工36件，養蜂3件，養乳牛26件，養鵝6件，養雞3件，養兔2件，養鵪鶉1件，養豬14件，養乳羊3件，農機服務3件，菇類6件，休閒農場1件，農產運銷1件；依申請人年齡來分，20歲以下7件，20～25歲67件，26～30歲104件，31～35歲124件，36～40歲93件；依申請人性別來分，男性362件，女性33件；依申請人學歷來分，國小23件，國中81件，高中（職）192件，專科81件，大學18件，其中農科畢業者85件，其他科系畢業310件。

In Tainan area, the application farm and business plan of the loan to guide rural young farmers to start a business and to improve farm management have been evaluated first by the specialists selected by Tainan DAIS for technical review of successful possibility in farm management, production and marketing since 1991 fiscal year. The 1991~1993 fiscal years, 395 out of the 467 cases approved the evaluation, the approved loan number was NT$1,029,457,000 out of the NT$1,210,773,000 applied. Among the 359 cases, the number for each project item were: fishery 71, flowering 114, vegetable & melon 19, fruit tree 42, tea 44, processing of agricultural products 36, bee keeping 3, dairy cattle 26, goose 6, chicken 3, rabbit 2, quial 1, swine 14, dairy goat 3, machinery service 3, mushroon 6, leisure farm 1, marketing 1; the distribution of loaner's ,age were: ＜ 20 years old 7, 20~25 years old 67, 26~30 years old 104, 31~35 years old 124, 36 ~40 years old 93; 362 loaners were male and 33 female; their education background were: elementary school 23, junior high school 81, senior high school 192, junior college 81, university 18, and 85 persons have background of agriculture, the others 310.
