摘要


根據人工蔬菜清洗作業流程,完成蔬菜清洗作業機構配置規劃及實驗機製造。並配合蔬菜產銷班進行實際清洗試驗,試驗結果顯示,清洗芹菜作業能量1,200 kg/hr,青蔥1,250 kg/hr,青蒜1,500 kg/hr,清洗芹菜作業效率比人工快5~8倍以上,芹菜洗淨率達98%以上,損傷率1%以下。青蔥洗淨率達95%以上,損傷率1%以下。青蒜洗淨率達95%以上,損傷率1%以下。經示範觀摩會結果農友反應良好。本蔬菜清洗機已達實用性,應可發展利用於其他葉菜類蔬菜清洗,如甕菜(空心菜)、莧菜及青梗白菜等之機械化清洗,提高蔬菜清洗機之使用率。

According to the processes of washing vegetable by man, we improved the experimental washer and manufactured the prototype machine. The field test were held in the vegetable production areas. The result of test showed that the washing capacity were 1,200 kg/hr for celery, 1,250 kg/hr for green onion, 1,500 kg/hr for green garlic respectively. When prototype machine was used to wash celery, the cleaned rate was 98% but damaged rate was under 1%. The similar condition for green garlic, cleaned rate was 95% but damaged rate still under 1%. The functions of prototype were definite by farmers, so this machine maybe developed to wash other vegetable, such as water convolvulus, edible amaranth and pak-choi, for raising the utilization.
