本文開發一種適合台灣地區使用之番茄嫁接機,同時發展其嫁接技術,以促進嫁接產業技術之發展,而可大量提供優良種苗及有效降低生產成本與解決人力不足及人工技術需求高之問題。套管式嫁接機械設計,採用氣壓與馬達驅動機構,結合PLC控制。測試結果顯示,採用本機作業平均嫁接速率為320株/每小時;嫁接成功率92%;嫁接存活率97%。與傳統人工作業方式比較,平均嫁接速率與嫁接成功率略低於熟練嫁接工之人工嫁接,但嫁接存活率則相差不多,其其差異主要由苗株生長彎曲所造成。此外機器操作的熟練度亦是影響的因素之一。整體而言,機械作業性能及操作技術已可為農友接受,未來仍嘗試其他作物之種苗嫁接,並改善機械之穩定性與操作性,以提高機器之嫁接速率與嫁接成功率及泛用性。
A semi-automatic grafting machine was developed in this project that can be suitably used in Taiwan for tomato grafting seedling and develop grafting skill which advances the grafting industry growing, costing down and decreasing dependent on manpower and skill. The grafting machine is driven by air cylinder and motor and controlled by PLC, its' grafting type is used the method of rubber tube. By the testing results, the grafting successful rate is 92% and the grafting subsistence rate is 97% and the average grafting speed is 320 units per hour. We will test different vegetables grafting seedling and improve the grafting machine in order to advance the operating efficiency and function.
