番茄嫁接苗之生產改進

The Improvement of the Tomato Grafted Production

摘要


臺灣番茄嫁接苗以斜切、環狀套管接合固定為產業慣行的方式,因嫁接屬高技術性,著重手感、眼力及高度專注力,為改善嫁接技術工不足及提升嫁接技術,本研究引進西班牙嫁接機及研發國產嫁接輔助機具,並使用開口式嫁接夾,以機械化生產嫁接苗,提供產業參考應用。由試驗結果顯示,2型嫁接機因操作容易,縱無嫁接經驗之作業人員經過簡短教育訓練後,即可上機生產作業,平均嫁接速度均可達每小時208株以上;在嫁接成功率及存活率方面,西班牙嫁接機皆可達8成以上,國產嫁接輔助機具則達9成以上。採用機械嫁接可紓緩技術人員短缺問題,以及達到輕技術、輕勞力負荷之作業環境改善。

In Taiwan, tomato grafted seedlings used to cut oblique, and use ring case while grafting, due to grafting is a high-tech, need to pay attention to tactility, eyesight and keep high concentration. In order to solve the shortage of grafting technician and improve the grafting technology, this study introduced the Spanish grafting machine and developed the domestic grafting auxiliary equipment, and use the open grafting clip while grafting. The aim for this study is to provide industries with effective solutions to practical issues. According to the results, the two kinds of grafting machine is easy to operate, even without the experience of the grafted workers after a brief education training, the average grafting rate can be 208 per hour, in the graft success rate and survival rate, the Spanish grafting machine up to 80%, domestic grafting auxiliary equipment up to 90%. The use of mechanical grafting can solve the shortage of technicians, as well as to improve the graft operating environment to be simple technology and effort saving.
