晚生種花椰菜春化處理技術之建立

Application of Vernalization Treatment in Seed Production of Late Cauliflower

摘要


本試驗之目的在建立晚生種花椰菜採種技術,提升國內花椰菜採種產業之競爭力。試驗以晚生種花椰菜「562」、「565」及「729」等三品種為供試材料,評估春化處理溫度及GA3處理對單株採種量及種子千粒重之影響。結果顯示「565」品種以5℃春化處理組之單株採種量(15.82 g)顯著高於10℃春化處理組(12.05 g),而「562」及「729」則以10℃春化處理組之單株採種量較高;GA3處理雖有提早開花效果,但會降低單株採種量,其中「565」品種以5℃春化處理配合噴施GA3處理者,單株採種量顯著低於未經GA3處理者。此外,三品種以低溫春化處理組之種子千粒重均顯著高於自然低溫誘導開花者。本試驗結果顯示低溫春化處理技術確實可達到晚生種花椰菜平地採種之目的,且具顯著提升種子產量及品質之效果。

To develop the application of vernalization treatment in seed production of late cauliflower and to increase the competitive ability of seed producers is the purpose of this experiment. Experiment material included three lines of late cauliflower, 562, 565, and 729. The Effect of vernalized temperature and GA3 treatment on yield of seed production yield and one thousand-seed weight of late cauliflower were investigated. Concerning the seed yield, the results show that different lines interact significantly with different temperatures. The highest seed yield was found in line '565' with a 5℃ treatment. The lines '562' and '729s' produced the highest seed yield with a 10℃ treatment. Application of GA3 could allow blooming to occur earlier, but decreases the seed yield. Of all the treatments, a comparison of 1,000 seeds showed significantly greater weights than those of the three control lines. This experiment shows that seed production in lowland subtropical regions is feasible and enhances seed quality by this seedling vernalizing method.
